Prepayment is required on all orders. Following is a list of acceptable forms of payment, or contact us for a quote.
Credit Card
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards only.
Check or Money Order
All checks and money orders must be drawn on a United States bank and in United States funds. Please make payable to “Clark University.” Mail all checks with your order to ensure proper crediting of your account.
Electronic Transfer via TransferMate
Please note that we do not accept bank-to-bank transfers. Clark University uses TransferMate for electronic payments. From the Transfermate website, select the country from which funds will be coming and the payment amount in US dollars you wish to make for your order. In most cases, the US dollar amount will be converted into your home currency at preferential exchange rates, which will translate into savings for you. (There are some currencies that TransferMate cannot support. If that is the case, you will be notified when you select your country and enter the dollar amount. You will then be advised to transfer US dollars to Transfermate who will then send the funds to Clark Labs.)
After providing some additional basic information, you will submit the transaction and will be instructed via email on how to pay Transfermate from your home country bank account. Transfermate will then forward the full US dollar amount to Clark Labs, where it will be directly credited to your customer account. You will receive an emailed receipt from TransferMate. If you have any questions, there is a HELP and chat available. If you cannot use Transfermate to send your payment, you will need to pay by credit card or check.
