License Agreement
The data described in this document is protected by the United States Copyright Law and International Treaty Provisions. The derived data remains the property of Clark Labs, Clark University. However, Clark Labs grants the purchaser non-exclusive license to use this data subject to the terms outlined in this statement. The purchaser may not rent or lease the data.
Warranty
This data is sold “as is,” and the information in the accompanying material is subject to change without notice. Furthermore, the Clark Labs assumes no responsibility for any errors that may appear in this document, or in the data it describes. The Clark Labs does warrant the USB Key upon which the software is distributed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. In the event of notification and return of the defective USB Key within the warranty period, the Clark Labs will replace the defective USB Key.
THE CLARK LABS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO DEFECTS IN THE USB KEY AND/OR DOCUMENTATION, AND WITHOUT LIMITING USE OF THE DATA WITH RESPECT TO ANY PARTICULAR APPLICATION, USE, OR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CLARK LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES.
